The Lord's Protection

You have always put a wall of protection around him and his home and his property. You have made him prosper in everything he does. Look how rich he is! Job 1:10 NLT When God says He'll never leave us or forsake us He really means that. When I had the chance to read about how God saved and led the Israelites from the land of Egypt to the land of Canaan, I see no reason not to commit my life to Him for protection. God's protection is more than a 360 degree surveillance. That's why King David could boldly shout and say “Even though I walk through the valley of shadow of death, I will never fear any evil” Psalm 23. Why? Because God has caused His angels to protect us so that we may never stumble, Psalm 91. During the day, He's going to be a pillar of clouds and at night, Oh Lord, He's going to to be the light that will enlighten our paths! Exodus 13:21. And when the enemy tries to harm us without His permissions, he'll fail because He has built a hedge around us that will act as a blockage, a barrier, a wall, a fence between us and our enemies. Job 1:10. Surrender to God and let Him be your protector.

Prayer Lord be my protector today and forever more. Amen!
